As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the support for and maintenance of our key digital platforms, including the Priceline website (B2C), myAPI website (B2B), and other corporate websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, business units, and external partners to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of ecommerce platforms and websites to maintain optimal performance, security, and up-to-date functionality.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance support processes and practices.
  • Generate regular reports on support performance, track incident trends, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support, particularly within ecommerce or similar fields, with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage incidents and problem resolution while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related discipline preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
