We are seeking a highly skilled SAP eCommerce Functional Consultant to join our Technology team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. Reporting to the SAP Master Data, eCommerce, CRM & Loyalty Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Cloud Commerce application.

This permanent position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, ensuring you have the balance you need.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP eCommerce Functional Consultant to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific business needs and e-commerce goals, design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud functional solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific business needs and e-commerce goals.
  • Design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud functional solutions that meet those needs, leveraging your deep knowledge of the platform's functionalities and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with external eCommerce Support Partner to review changes in relation to configuration and customisation of the platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring they get the most out of their SAP Commerce Cloud investment for both B2B and B2C.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (previously Hybris), including its architecture, modules, and development tools.
  • At least 1 full end-to-end B2B and/or B2C commerce implementations.
  • Proven experience on SAP e-commerce suite Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, AMS, Catalogues, Categories, Products, business partners.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and/or technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
  • Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong business and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with Java and experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl, or Groovy) is a plus.
