Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with clients, employers, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and medical professionals to achieve return to work outcomes
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • A current SA Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
