Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR. As a Rehabilitation Services Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills
  • Compassion and kindness
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • A current SA Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
