Clinician - Hope Way Back Program
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinician to join our team in delivering a comprehensive range of services for individuals suffering from, or at risk of, serious mental health problems.
About the RoleThe HOPE program provides assertive outreach support to clients who had an attempt of suicide or who have suicidal ideation due to a situational crisis in their life. The clinician will provide a high standard of care in a manner that is alert, respectful of and responsive to the views and needs of the participants in the program and their carers/families.
The role requires the provision of outreach services across the designated catchment areas where some out of hours work may be required.
Requirements- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practice.
- Detailed knowledge and ability to implement a wide range of clinical interventions in regard to suicide prevention and client focused care.
- Demonstrated ability to promote and model collaborative and respectful staff-staff and staff-client relationships.
