This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of veterinary nurses in our Emergency and Critical Care department. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for the administration and management of the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve overall hospital performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV or above in Veterinary Nursing.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of nurses in a senior capacity.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Commitment to being a team player, good communicator, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
