The Role
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service excellence
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Manage daily workflows and assist with scheduling
- Assist in inventory, compliance, and quality control
- Collaborate with veterinarians and leaders to improve processes
- Take an active role in team development and growth
What We're Looking For
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least 4 years of experience in small animal practice
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Passion for supporting a positive team culture
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused individual
- Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., EzyVet)
- A clear interest in progressing to a management position within 12–18 months
