Technical Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Enablement Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving technical enablement through hands-on support, promoting high-security systems, collaborating and influencing, and championing technical best practice.

About the Role:

  • Drive Technical Enablement: Support Business Development Managers with system design, tenders, and pre-sales opportunities to maximise success.
  • Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide expert technical guidance, in-person and remotely, across training, system migrations, commissioning, audits, and upgrades.
  • Promote High-Security Systems: Help bring world-class solutions into Government and Corporate spaces through smart solution design and certifications.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work across product, sales, support, R&D, and partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Champion Technical Best Practice: Maintain technical records, implement standards, and provide feedback that shapes innovation pipelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong ability to work in close team environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems.
  • Project management and/or security systems installation experience.
  • Deep understanding of networked IT environments in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of electrical concepts and systems.
  • Tender response and preparation knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in planning, organising, and working collaboratively.
