Director of Large-Scale Transformation

Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving wide-scale transformation and change? This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the function responsible for delivering large-scale change programs in NSW.

As the Director of Large-Scale Transformation, you will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive change programs that align with the Government's objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders across NSW government agencies, departments, and representative groups to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
