We're seeking an AI Strategist to work at the intersection of innovation, technology, and business transformation. This isn't about selling AI for the sake of it — it's about helping organisations rethink how they operate and get there faster than their competitors. You'll partner with decision-makers, solution architects, and delivery teams to bring high-value AI opportunities to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover AI opportunities that others miss.
  • Build adoption roadmaps that link business goals, capability maturity, and tangible ROI.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into clear commercial use cases executives can act on.
  • Shape project scopes, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
  • Guide clients on risk, change management, and readiness for AI adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure vision, feasibility, and execution align from day one.

What you bring:

  • 5–8+ years in strategy, transformation consulting, product, or digital innovation.
  • A commercial understanding of LLM potential, AI use cases, and adoption barriers in enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — verbal, written, and visual.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and align business and technical priorities.
  • A consulting or enterprise services background is highly regarded.

OpenAI, Claude, Miro, Notion, Airtable, Figma, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Canva, Loom, HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace — plus familiarity with RAG/agent frameworks for solution discovery.
