**Job Role:** Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and be able to effectively implement safety protocols in the workplace.

The successful candidate will contribute to the maintenance of a safe work environment by utilizing HSE tools and processes to implement HSEQ programs; and drive HSEQ compliance and a positive HSEQ culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HSEQ Strategic Plans and Tactical Plans
  • Supporting and coaching workplace teams in fostering a positive HSEQ culture
  • Training and advising Operations teams in the use of HSE tools
  • Participating in hazard identification, workplace inspection, Job Safety Analysis and Critical Risk Management processes
  • Facilitating and participating in incident and emergency response

Requirements for this role include:

  • 3-5 years practical HSE experience
  • Tertiary HSE qualification (e.g. OSH Diploma/Advanced Diploma)
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
