Site Operations Manager

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and management of Engineering Works, overseeing activities related to technical operations, engineering, inspections, scheduling, planning, surveying, procurement, and quality control.
This role requires close collaboration with onsite teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will focus on applying strong engineering principles to support project execution while promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
The successful candidate will gain continuous project exposure, fostering the development of technical expertise and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design and industry standards.
- Procure and coordinate materials, plant, and equipment as needed.
- Perform site inspections and observations regarding health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.
- Support project engineers in developing site documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ITP Witness and Hold Point inspections.
- Complete daily diaries and project progress reports.
