Senior Housing Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Housing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Relocation Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of tenant relocations in line with our Relocation Plan.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Housing Coordinator, your primary role will be to work directly with tenants, their families, and advocates to provide tailored relocation advice, identify suitable housing options, and connect them with support services.
Key Requirements- National Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Sydney Metro
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs
- Ability to manage relocation logistics
