Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual leadership to Product Owners, focusing on influencing senior leaders and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional people management skills with experience in leading cross-functional or virtual teams in Agile environments.
  • Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM), or equivalent.
  • Deep expertise in product ownership practices, including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and customer-centric delivery.
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals and identify skill gaps for improvement.
