Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hydraulic Service Designer to join our team. This role will involve supporting the success of our organization by providing technically competent and commercially realistic hydraulic services designs and documentation.
">- Produce accurate and detailed hydraulic services designs and documentation that comply with Australian standards and authority codes.
- Provide clear instructions and markups to the drafting and 3D modeling pool.
- Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
- Coordinate project deliverables and ensure they are provided within fee scope, financial, and resource management parameters.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to check documents and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in the development of hydraulic services design capabilities and continue professional development.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV in Plumbing or BSc).
- Registration with the RMS for NSW Class 2 Building Practitioners Design declarations (preferred and highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a Senior Hydraulic Designer.
- Sound knowledge of Revit software, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.
- In-depth knowledge of the AS3500 suite of standards.
- Cross-discipline knowledge with a broad understanding of Australian Standards.
