Violence, Abuse and Neglect Services Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Violence, Abuse and Neglect Services.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for the portfolio of services, leveraging their expertise in domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and sexual assault.
This position requires a high level of knowledge and proficiency in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as proven performance in managing and resolving complex issues.
- Lead a team and provide strategic direction for the portfolio of services.
- Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and the community.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to drive collaborative work with others.
The Director will be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service delivery objectives.
- Managing teams to achieve organisational goals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.
