THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists to join the South Division Bayside Peninsula Area Child Protection team as a Team Leader with the Child Protection Administration Team.

Child Protection provides child-centred, family-focused services to protect children and young people from significant harm caused by abuse or neglect within the family and aims to make sure that children and young people receive services to deal with the effect of abuse and neglect on their wellbeing and development.

The Child Protection Administration team provides a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors. The Team Leader is responsible for managing the team, providing leadership, developing and coaching the team, maintaining administrative procedures, workloads and providing support on a range of services required for the ongoing operations of the Child Protection Program.
