About our Albany Port Operations: Join the Team
We're seeking enthusiastic, safety-focused individuals to support the smooth and efficient flow of port activities through various general stevedoring tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operation of ITV's, small fork-lifts, bobcats and other small mechanical equipment
  • Shipboard and wharf duties, lashing and unlashing, packing and unpacking of containers, and other general duties
  • Basic servicing of equipment incidental to the performance of functions
  • Basic security duties incidental to the performance of functions
  • BASIC CLERICAL TASKS INCLUDING TALLY CLERKING

About you:

  • Holds or willing to obtain MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
  • High Risk Forklift licence, working at heights (highly advantageous)
  • Additional licences such as EWP, Excavator, bobcat, crane (desirable)
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
  • Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the operational worker pre-employment medical.
  • Lives local to the Albany area
