About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to enhance our media presence across all platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take charge and experiment with our growing brand by contributing their own ideas and feedback while working collaboratively with our team and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and planning social media content across a variety of platforms to define and grow our channels.
- Creating graphics, lifestyle images, and reels of our products and operations.
- Working closely with our photographers, videographers, and freelancers to plan and execute content.
- Monitoring and interacting with other social media pages to increase engagement and interaction.
- Sourcing and coordinating influencer outreach opportunities.
- Writing captions and conducting trending hashtag research.
- Analyzing social media performance, producing reports, and recommendations.
- Communicating, responding, and monitoring customer feedback and reviews.

About You

">

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) and current trends.
- Experience managing social media accounts is required.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for constructing engaging captions.
- Creative drive and vision to pioneer our brand campaign.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Persistent work ethic.
