Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand growth and support commercial outcomes through various channels, including publicity initiatives and content development. Key responsibilities include developing seasonal social media strategies, creating and executing content calendars, leading the development of content ideas, managing relationships with agency partners, and closely following social trends to adopt new initiatives as they present themselves.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute seasonal social media strategies to drive engagement and audience growth across key platforms
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the social media calendar and execution of content and activity across owned organic channels
  • Lead the development of content ideas that support the master brand strategy and key trade/brand moments
  • Work together with the Marketing Manager and our agency partners to develop and execute the seasonal PR & Influencer Strategy
  • Partner with Group Digital Performance Marketing leads on developing the Paid Social strategy
  • Manage the relationship with our PR agency, media, influencer and creator partners to optimise outcomes and deliver on KPIs

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, sport, performance or consumer goods
  • Strong background in content marketing and PR and influencer marketing
  • Strong relationships with media, influencers, creators and creatives
  • Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing content that delivers growth across social media channels and publicity outcomes
  • A keen creative eye and deep understanding of brand
