Marble, a leading supplier of steel products to the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead their estimating department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and competitive quotes for steel supply projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a small team of estimators to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency across all projects.
  2. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform estimating strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in estimating within the steel supply industry.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior estimating role with a proven track record in managing teams and projects.
  3. Strong understanding of steel products and their applications.
  4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in estimating software, preferably Bluebeam.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
