About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving collaborative learning and supporting middle leaders, teachers, and staff to meet the unique needs of our students through continuous feedback and engagement. They will work closely with the Principal to develop staff knowledge and skills, focusing on improving student outcomes and contributing to our school improvement agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff to develop teaching practices and drive school improvement
  • Support middle leaders in their roles and responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider community

  • Well-developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
