The Opportunity:
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Care Manager to join our team at our St Johns home in Wangaratta, Victoria on a full-time basis.
As a valued member of our dynamic clinical team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering resident-centric care and providing supervision and support to registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal carers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, allocate and delegate duties and facilitate the delivery of care according to documented policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the effective administration of human, material and fiscal resource management according to budgetary requirements.
- Achieve best practice clinical standards while providing strong leadership in a resident-focused care environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) for all aged care facilities.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care.
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation
