Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive success in our stores. As a natural people manager and clear communicator, you will inspire the team to create exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will involve developing, mentoring, and building your team to be experts in the industry. You will have experience in leading teams to achieve store budgets as well as structured performance metrics.

You must come with a strong operational background: processing stock daily, delegating and prioritizing tasks to your team as well as managing visual merchandising and stock turnover expectations.

Key skills include coaching and developing staff to achieve consistent results, time management and operational skills, managing wages, rosters, budgets, and performance metrics, experience in either supermarket or department store environments, and high standards for visual merchandising and administration.
