We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead store operations in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and manage store costs effectively
  • Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including customer service, stock management and team training
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support on a daily basis
  • Plan and execute team rosters and maintain optimal stock levels

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience as a team leader or manager is essential
  • Strong work ethic, initiative and adaptability are key qualities for success in this role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team
