Key Responsibilities

  • Transport, deliver, and store guest luggage with care and attention to detail
  • Assist guests with directions and provide information about the hotel complex and surrounding areas
  • Valet and retrieve guest vehicles with a smile
  • Provide general information and answer guest enquiries with a warm and welcoming approach

What We're Looking For

  • A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming
  • A sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events
  • An open Australian driver's license
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
