As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple early learning centres. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our team members and clients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our early learning centres, and will be responsible for:

  • Providing repairs and maintenance services for our centres
  • Working without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues
  • Being an effective communicator and developing strong partnerships with our team members and clients
  • Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Working across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • A trade qualification in Carpentry or a similar field
  • A valid driver's licence
  • A Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
