We are seeking a skilled and motivated cook to join our main kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A certificate III in commercial cookery (desirable)
  • Experience in commercial cookery and large high-volume kitchens
  • Excellent food preparation and plating skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
