Join to apply for the The Greens Venue Coordinator Full Time or Part Time role at Moama Bowling Club. The Greens is part of Moama Bowling Club, a leader in dining, entertainment, and sport along the Murray River. We're looking for an energetic Venue Coordinator to join our team at The Greens.
In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate the daily operations of The Greens, including bars, functions, barefoot bowls, and sporting events. You'll work closely with the Bowls Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.
What You'll Do- Oversee bar, functions, and barefoot bowls operations.
- Coordinate bowls events, bookings, and club visits.
- Supervise, train, and support staff on shift.
- Liaise with internal teams and committees to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Help promote and grow the bowls community at Moama Bowling Club.
- Experience in food & beverage and/or functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
- Keen interest in bowls or sports coordination.
- Current NSW RSA (essential).
- Availability to work weekends.
