Equipment Maintenance Specialist Job

Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Coordinate hire jobs for efficient dispatch from our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and calibration on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure site-readiness.
  • Diagnose faults and conduct repairs using mechanical skills and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Pack and prepare tooling and hire jobs for dispatch to clients in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory, including stock control, packing, and unpacking of equipment.
  • Accurately record and maintain quality management system documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Full working rights in Australia and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with safety protocols.
  • Technical certification preferred but not essential.
  • Valid driver's license and forklift license (or willingness to obtain) and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Pass medical checks, drug and alcohol screenings, and site inductions.
