We're looking for a proactive and mechanically minded team member to help maintain our hydraulic equipment and coordinate hire jobs for dispatch from our Kalgoorlie facility.If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that values precision and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingPerform preventative maintenance and calibration on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure equipment is site-ready.Prepare tooling and hire jobs for dispatch to clients.Manage workshop inventory, including packing, unpacking, and stock control.Maintain accurate records and contribute to our Quality Management System.Keep the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly.Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.What We're Looking ForA positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.Mechanical background or strong aptitude for troubleshooting.Full working rights in Australia.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Basic computer proficiency.Familiarity with safety protocols.Technical certification (preferred but not essential).
Valid driver's license and forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
