Job Overview

As a Support Worker in Children's Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people facing various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living skills assistance
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
  • Conduct daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support OR identification as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with relevant experience
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
