People and Culture Specialist Opportunity
Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Human Resources professional to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in employment relations and recruitment, while being part of a vibrant and welcoming People and Culture team culture.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be confident, people-focused, and have a can-do attitude, with a passion for learning and growth.
