At Defence Export Controls, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our Transformation, Policy and Technology Directorate.

This is a challenging role that requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from across government, industry, higher education and research sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Transformation Team to deliver commercial support, prepare written materials, manage risks and issues, and drive the transformation agenda across the Defence Export Controls Branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing commercial support and preparing written materials
  • Managing risks and issues
