Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

 

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled warehouse supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of warehouse operations and related distribution functions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily pre-start meetings with team members to review priorities and tasks.
  • Assign daily workloads and priorities based on business requirements.
  • Monitor and supervise all warehouse activities and staff, making adjustments as needed to meet changing business priorities.
  • Oversee warehouse receipts, deliveries, and dispatches to ensure quality and quantity of commodities.
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; some training or experience in commodity or general stock management, logistics, financial management, accounting, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the warehouse team and other stakeholders.
  • Dependable, well organized, and strong time management skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of computers and software such as Oracle, MS Excel, and MS Word.
