Are you a proactive leader with strong warehouse experience and a passion for process and efficiency? Quickmail is seeking aWarehouse Team Leaderto help oversee daily 3PL operations at ourKenwick, Perthwarehouse.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll support the Warehouse Manager, coordinate picker/packer activities, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment for our growing e-commerce client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and allocate tasks to warehouse staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Receive, check, and store inbound stock
  • Maintain clean, organised warehouse zones
  • Operate forklifts
  • Ensure system records are up to date
  • Assist in developing and improving warehouse systems
  • Uphold safety and quality standards
What You Bring:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse team
  • Proficient withWMSand intermediate to advancedExcel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable, hands-on work ethic with a process-driven mindset
  • Current forklift license
  • Safety-first, solutions-focused attitude
