Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee our inventory operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control
  • Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to create a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
  • Coordinate freight logistics and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and aligning operations with production needs
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Highly proficient in ERP and warehouse management systems to support efficient workflows
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with a problem-solving mindset
