Technical Lead - Precision Mechanical Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the design and development of precision mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with 3D CAD software.

Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and test precision mechanical components and systems
  • Lead collaborative design reviews and idea generation sessions
  • Work closely with physicists, electronic, and software engineers to integrate mechanical components into overall system design

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical components meet performance and reliability requirements. They will also collaborate with external suppliers to build and maintain relationships to push product innovation forward.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, aerospace, mechatronics engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience designing and prototyping precision mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks)
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
