Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient services aligned with our mission and strategic vision. This role requires a skilled leader to manage a diverse workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a skilled, motivated workforce across Supply Chain and Production.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Operations functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to customer delivery, including supplier qualifications and management of service providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic short- and long-term plans for operational growth and efficiency.
  • Manage financial aspects of manufacturing processes, including capital investments aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, boost service levels, and improve financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or master's in operations and/or Supply Chain (required).
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification (if in process, will also be considered).
  • Engineering Degree (desirable).
  • 10+ years' work experience in a multi-national organization and heavily regulated manufacturing company, Defence, or Automotive.
  • 6 - 10 years' experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or Supply Chain Manager, or similar field.
