**Support Services Role**As a dedicated Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with activities of daily living and providing essential support services.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Encouraging client choice and positive routines that are meaningful to the client
  • Working shifts in set time blocks or rostering patterns
  • Operating company vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Providing proactive support to enhance clients' life choices
  • Reporting changes in clients' health, care plans or additional services required
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Respecting clients' rights and confidentiality by ensuring dignity and privacy are maintained
**About You**To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable)
  • A current and valid full Driver's Licence, insured motor vehicle and mobile phone
  • A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR skills
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Police Clearance within six months or willingness to obtain one
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • The ability to work independently and effectively manage your time
  • A desire to join an organisation committed to supporting others in their community
