Job Description:

The role of the People & Culture Business Partner is to influence role design, ensuring scope is relevant and practical for staff to achieve successful outcomes. This involves understanding expectations and appropriate behaviours set by leaders, actively participating in constructive feedback, and developing measurable outcomes against Key Result Areas (KRA's).

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business results and contribute to the development of the organisation's culture.

This exciting opportunity requires 3-5 years' experience in similar HR Generalist or Business Partnering roles, with a thorough understanding of current employment and workplace legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in similar HR Generalist or Business Partnering roles
  • Thorough understanding of current employment and workplace legislation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Psychology or Human Resources, or significant progress towards qualification with relevant experience
