Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager/Visual Merchandiser to lead our sales team in a premium furniture & homewares store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for interior styling & design, who is eager to take on a leadership role and inspire a professional sales team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Manager leading a team of 10+ in a medium format high end retail environment, with a customer consultative sales background and a strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, managing stock levels and maintaining store displays to maximize sales potential.

You will also be involved in training and developing the skills of our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
