Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to lead our showroom displays and enhance the customer experience.
About the Role- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards across our showrooms to drive sales and foot traffic.
- Maintain the overall aesthetic of our showrooms, ensuring alignment with our brand image.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Create engaging window displays, point-of-sale promotions, and in-store events to drive customer engagement.
- Assist with physical product movement and arrangement within showrooms.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide coaching as needed.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
- A valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle for frequent travel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move furniture as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with creative flair and problem-solving abilities.
