Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Ecommerce Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines, building knowledge of categories through extensive online research and collaboration with the Purchasing team, and performing ongoing maintenance and updates on site.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent multitasking abilities, and experience with web analytics tools.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Marketing, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to support website improvement initiatives and drive business growth. This is a full-time role that offers a range of benefits including employee discounts, Health & Wellness program, Learning & Development, and Lunch & Learns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
  • Build knowledge of categories through online research and collaboration with Purchasing team
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates on site
  • Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Engineering teams
Requirements:
  • University Degree qualified in relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar)
  • Experience in Online Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Website Layouts, Category Management or CX functions
  • Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and improving customer experience
  • Highly analytical and able to multitask effectively
  • Experience with web analytics tools preferred
