Medical Administrator
Job Description:We are seeking an organized and skilled Medical Administrator to join our team in a newly created junior role. This opportunity allows you to kickstart your career in Specialist Medical Reception and upskill in various medical software.
The successful candidate will be working from our office in Camberwell, providing virtual reception services to numerous physicians and surgeons across Australia.
Our qualified staff will provide support and guidance, and you will also have the opportunity for growth and leadership within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual reception and administration for multiple private physicians and surgeons in our Camberwell office.
- Provide exceptional service to patients and clinicians on the phone.
- Invoice and receipt consulting fees.
- Manage patient enquiries and appointment books (online).
- Work across multiple medical software platforms.
- Manage theatre lists and surgical bookings/billings.
- Assist the practice team and other departments as needed.
