Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging role in the medical workforce? We are looking for a Junior Medical Coordinator to join our team at Mercy Hospital for Women.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating junior medical workforce activities, including advertising, appointment, onboarding, contract preparation, rotation preferencing, and supporting units with master roster building. As a Junior Medical Coordinator, you will work closely with our senior medical workforce team to ensure seamless coordination of junior medical staff recruitment, contracting, credentialing, workforce planning, and management. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our staff and stakeholders. If you have previous experience in staffing recruitment and appointment processes, human resources, or healthcare administration, we would love to hear from you.
