Senior Learning Experience Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Developer to join our Sales Enablement function on a mission to supercharge sales performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts and product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions.
  • Create end-to-end learning experiences using content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS, including multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources.
  • Drive continual improvement of our enablement program to ensure it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team.
  • Cross-train other content creators in the team to apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration.

Key skills and qualifications include experience using SaaS sales processes, authoring tools (Evolve) and visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs). A strong understanding of learning trends, developments and best practices is also essential.
