Senior Construction Project Specialist

About the PositionWe are seeking experienced professionals to join our collaborative team, contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative construction methodologies and techniques, working closely with supervisors and the workforce to optimize project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient construction methods and techniques;
- Assist with planning and implementing resource requirements, including plant, labor, and subcontractors;
- Monitor program progress, ensuring milestones are completed on time;
- Collaborate with superintendents and supervisors to recognize variations, quantity increases or decreases, and additional scope of works;
- Provide information for end-of-month project costs reports;
- Implement environmental controls as required.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A Civil Engineering degree;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cost engineering/productivity on civil earthworks/complex infrastructure/road/bridge projects;
- Sound technical knowledge;
- Proven ability to work as part of a high-performing team;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a can-do attitude;
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
