Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet goals
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
