Burger Urge Crew Member

As a Burger Urge Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

Greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently is just the beginning. You will also be responsible for preparing food according to our high standards and recipes, using premium local ingredients to create delicious and juicy burgers.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms is crucial in adhering to Food Safety guidelines. Additionally, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens, while ensuring efficient and safe operation, is a key aspect of this role.

Handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales, and communicating effectively with other team members are essential skills required for success in this position.
